Mandated Services: Grades 9-12

• Heights and weights with BMI and status

  • All students every year

• Vision screenings

  • All students every year

• Hearing screenings

  • 11th grade, students with IEPs, students with known problems

• Physical examinations

  • 11th grade, new entrants with no physical in file

Parents will receive nurse health screening reports with third marking period report cards or at the end of the school year with final report cards.
