Winter Sports physicals information:

Please share the message below with your coaches and families.  This system is live now so they can start accessing this system immediately.  The closest locations would be Palmerton or West End/Broadheadsville. Any site in the drop down can be chosen.  Once people register online for a physical, someone from our offices will call them within 48 hours to schedule an appointment.  They will need to bring the physical packet with them to their appointment, with as much information completed as possible.

If you have not gotten a call back you can call to set up an appointment . John 484-225-2934

As partners in healthcare with Jim Thorpe School District, Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and Coordinated Health, a part of LVHN, are committed to a safe return to athletic participation after COVID-19. We realize the unique challenges faced by families and school districts during this time and have teamed up with your school to keep our promise of delivering free, convenient physicals for all student-athletes.

Typically, physicals are provided at schools but with the influence of COVID-19, we will instead be offering free physicals at many of our convenient locations. These physicals will be done on an individual basis and appointments will be scheduled ahead of time.  Appointments can be scheduled now and will run through the beginning of winter sports.

How does this benefit you, the athlete? Our updated system is:

  • Convenient.  Schedule your free physical where and when it works for you.
  • Safe. With strict cleaning and screening protocols in place, LVHN puts the safety of our patients first. Learn more.
  • Easy.  Click here to access our rapid appointment request form.  Register now for a free PIAA physical.

At LVHN and Coordinated Health, we’re excited to get back to sports and can’t wait to join our school partners for the thrill of another season.  No matter what you need this season, we’re here for you.
